Refund Policy

CupThread offers a Free tier so you can evaluate the core workflow — apps, feedback inbox, roadmap, and SDKs — before paying. Because of that, paid plans are generally non-refundable once the paid features have been used. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact me with your account email and order reference within 14 days of the transaction.

The Pro plan and its add-ons (extra apps and seats) are billed through Polar.sh. You can cancel anytime from the Polar customer portal (linked from the console billing page) to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not refund the current billing period — your paid access continues until the period ends. Reducing add-on quotas takes effect at the next renewal; you are never billed above the quota in use.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel a subscription within 14 days of the purchase date and receive a full refund, provided you have not made significant use of the paid features during that period. To exercise this right, contact me with your account email and order reference within 14 days of purchase.

To view invoices, update payment methods, or manage your subscription, open the Polar customer portal from the billing page in the console.
